Does anyone else hear low-frequency hums before something bad happens?

Been tracking events around town — accidents, fights, weird animal behavior.
Every time something goes down, I hear this sub-bass hum a few minutes before.
Thought it was tinnitus, but two other people on my street mentioned it too without me prompting.
Either we’re all breaking at the same time or something out there uses sound as a warning system.
